What is it?

Situations you could come across as a product manager and what did I do to tackle it and what my learnings were. Could be relevant to you today or could not be at all.

This is no bullshit, no frameworks. Only situations and possible solutions to those situations.

Because trust me, product managers are less about frameworks and more about managing complex situations, complex people, and complex problems.

I have had a good run in the last 11 years of my work experience,

  1. where I was managing the operations for a large investment bank to building a product,

  2. managing a team of product managers,

  3. doing sales for a couple of years,

  4. and then building an entire unit

And back to fixing and building things.

In these last 11 years, I have learned and unlearnt multiple times. I have experienced multiple failures and successes. Been beaten down and got back up. And all of these have given me tremendous learnings.

Last year, I started writing at irunafintech.com to share my experience and understanding of the Fintech industry as I learn and understand more of it. Some people liked it and subscribed to it.

This has motivated me to also write about my experiences in Product Management.

These are short stories and learnings from them.

I hope this helps you.
